This group is for those who feel like something's missing... even if life looks “good” on the outside. Whether you're a high-performing professional, an athlete, or simply a man who's tired of feeling stuck, this space offers a path forward.

Join us for guided breathwork experiences rooted in somatic release, nervous system regulation, and emotional clearing. Sessions are designed for beginners and experienced breathers alike. You’ll walk away feeling grounded, clear, and connected.

Led by The Whole Man Coach, our meetups go beyond the breath. We integrate group discussions and exercises around masculine identity, self-worth, emotional intelligence, and alignment with your purpose. This isn’t just about healing — it’s about reclaiming who you were meant to be. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, success, and others so that those ceilings are no longer.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not about overthinking or talking things out. It’s about using your breath to shift your state...physically, mentally, and internally.
Led by a certified breathwork facilitator and men’s coach, F.J. (Instagram: @fjsbuilttoelevate, @builttoelevatebreathwork), this guided session helps you offload what you’ve been carrying and recalibrate your system.What to Expect:
• A simple but powerful breath technique to reset your body and mind
• A quiet space to drop in, let go, and reset
• No pressure, no fluff—just a solid experience that meets you where you are
• Optional time to decompress and ask questions afterwardWho It’s For:
Busy professionals who are feeling the weight of the grind, the stress of performance, or the itch for something more...even if they can’t quite name it. No prior breath work or meditation experience needed.What to Bring:
• Some mats are available but you can bring your own mat to lie down on if you want (yoga mat, towel, etc.)
• Water
• Small towel (optional)
• Eye covers available upon request
• Blanket or hoodie (I prefer a blanket when I do this practice)
