Breathwork for Creatives

We’ll be using a dynamic and immersive breathwork practice designed to help you reach altered states of consciousness. This powerful method uses intensified breathing patterns to unlock expanded states of awareness, opening pathways for emotional release and profound personal insight. Paired with evocative music, it provides a safe, guided space for deep self-discovery. Free community sessions every Sunday at 10 am.
What We’ll Provide:
- Wireless headphones
- Mats, blankets, and eye masks
- A welcoming space
What to Bring:
- Water
- A journal
- Comfortable clothing
Before Your Session:
Please avoid eating a full meal within 2 hours of the session. A light snack is okay.
Contraindications:
This breathwork is not recommended if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, or a history of psychosis. If you're unsure, please reach out before the session.
Waiver:
All participants will be asked to sign a short waiver before the session begins. If you’d like to review it ahead of time, feel free to reach out.
Attendance Policy:
Space is limited. If you RSVP and can no longer make it, please let us know, so we can open a spot for someone else.
