Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, you’ll learn a simple yet powerful breathing technique to let go of stress, release tension, and connect with what matters most. This isn’t about overthinking or oversharing - it’s about creating space to breathe, reset, and explore emotional expression in a way that feels natural and freeing.
Guided by Jonathan, an ICF & EMCC certified coach and breathwork facilitator, and supported by curated music and sound frequencies, you’ll release what’s weighing you down, process emotions you might not even realise you’ve been holding onto, and leave feeling refreshed and grounded.
