This beginner-friendly class is designed for anyone who wants a simple, natural, and effective way to reduce stress, calm the mind, and improve overall well being.
No previous experience is needed, everyone is welcome.
I have worked with breathwork for over 10 years and am a certified breathwork instructor. Throughout the years, I have guided individuals and groups in using the breath as a practical tool to reduce stress, increase focus, and create a greater sense of balance.
During this session, you will learn easy breathing techniques that you can use in everyday life. These methods are gentle, accessible, and can be practiced almost anywhere, in just a few minutes a day.
Modern scientific research has shown that slow, controlled breathing can:
- Reduce stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system.
- Lower heart rate and blood pressure.
- Improve focus, mental clarity, and emotional regulation.
