In this breathwork event we'll explore a deeply calming breathing pattern combined with theta brainwave entrainment audio.

For those new to experimenting with brainwave entrainment, it prompts the brain to access a particular state through different stimulation modes such as sounds or visuals. It's completely safe and is a great way to deepen your practice.

Theta brainwave patterns are associated with deep meditation, dreams, reduced stress, creativity, and insight.

What to expect

  • Short introduction
  • ~20 minutes of easy, relaxing breathwork with theta audio

Preparation for the event

  • Headphones are recommended but not required (this is required if you want to take advantage of the theta entrainment)
  • Make sure you haven't eaten anything within the hour
  • Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. You can lie down or sit for the duration
