Introductory Breathwork Session

This week’s session is an introduction to breath awareness, presence, and the role of attention.
We’ll begin by exploring the breath as it is — noticing its natural rhythm and how it reflects our internal state. From there, we’ll gently introduce rhythmic breathing patterns and guidance to help you experience how the breath can influence your nervous system and shift your state in real time.
This session is designed to be accessible and grounding. You may notice a sense of calm, clarity, or subtle shifts in awareness, but more importantly, you’ll begin to understand how to work with your breath as a tool for attention and self-regulation.
Throughout the session, we’ll move between guided breathing, breath holds, moments of stillness, and gentle observation. There is no need to do anything perfectly — the focus is on learning, feeling, and becoming more aware.
We’ll close with a short reflection and optional space to share and connect.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or simply looking to reconnect, this session offers a simple and meaningful starting point.
