Most of us think we’re choosing what we focus on…
but when you really stop and look, it doesn’t always feel that way.
This session is an invitation to notice that.
We’ll explore what it means to actually direct your attention, why it matters, and how the breath can become a way back into clarity, presence, and focus.
We’ll begin at 10:30 AM sharp with a short introduction to the practice and the breathing techniques. From there, we’ll move into ~30 minutes of guided rhythmic breathing using specific patterns designed to energize the body, sharpen awareness, and create a sense of mental clarity.
We’ll close with a brief integration and optional sharing circle.
