Change can feel exciting, uncomfortable, unexpected, or overwhelming.
Life keeps moving whether we feel ready for it or not.
This session is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and create space for reflection during periods of transition or uncertainty.
Through specific breathing patterns designed to help regulate the nervous system, and a guided meditation centered around reflection and awareness, we’ll explore what it means to move with change instead of constantly resisting it.
These sessions are now charged the price of a coffee ☕️
More than anything, this is meant to represent a small commitment to showing up for yourself and supporting the space we’re building together.
It also allows me to continue improving and deepening these sessions over time.
