This Sunday’s practice will explore heart coherence. Using the breath, attention, and meditation to intentionally shift into a calmer, more connected state.

We’ll begin with slow, rhythmic breathing and gradually bring our awareness toward the heart. Rather than only using the breath to relax, we’ll explore what happens when we pair it with attention and intentionally cultivated emotions like appreciation, gratitude, and care.

From there, we’ll move into Metta, or loving-kindness meditation. Metta is a traditional meditation practice centered around extending goodwill — beginning with ourselves and gradually expanding that intention toward other people.

Throughout the session, we’ll combine guided breathing, meditation, music, and moments of stillness, ending with some time to simply rest and observe.

No previous breathwork or meditation experience is needed.

If you're new, feel free to join 5–10 minutes early so we can talk about the practice and answer any questions before we begin.

You don't need to bring anything. Come as you are, on a mat, a couch, or even your bed, just show up with an open mind.

I look forward to breathing with you 🍃
