Most of the stress in our lives isn’t caused by what we’re doing.
It’s caused by what we’re avoiding.
In this live, guided breathwork session, we’ll gently bring awareness to one thing you’ve been putting off. Not to fix it, force it, or push through it, but to notice what happens in your body when it’s simply allowed to be there.
This session is about learning how to stay regulated, grounded, and present, even when something feels uncomfortable.
After the breathwork, we’ll translate that steadiness into a small, grounded next step. Not a big leap and not a decision you have to commit to, just a clear action that can be taken from a calmer nervous system rather than from pressure or avoidance.
You don’t need to share your “thing.”
You don’t need to resolve right then.
You’ll leave knowing what your next right step is and feeling more able to take it.
