In this guided breathwork session, we’ll practice staying steady when clarity isn’t available yet. Not to force answers — but to calm the nervous system enough to let things unfold without panic.

Using slow, extended exhales, you’ll gently bring awareness to one area where you wish you had certainty, and notice what shifts when you stop fighting the not-knowing.

After the practice, we’ll reflect on what feels slightly more manageable and what trusting the process might look like in real terms.

You don’t need to share.

You don’t need to resolve anything.

Just space.

Steadiness.

And a little more ease with not knowing.
