Self-doubt can show up as a constant questioning of our choices, abilities, or direction.
But often, beneath the tension, there is a quieter sense of knowing.
In this session we’ll use slow breathing to settle the nervous system and gently notice where self-doubt shows up in the body.
Not to force confidence.
Just to soften the tension around the inner critic.
After the breathwork, we’ll reflect on what trusting yourself slightly more might look like in everyday life.
