SKY Recovery Breathwork, Meditation & Speaker Meeting

Join us for a 1 hour recovery community meeting.
The meeting opens with relaxing breathwork led by a trained breathwork facilitator, followed by a healing guided meditation.

After that a speaker will share their recovery journey and the meeting will open for group discussion.

This meeting is hosted by the SKY Recovery program and is open to people from all recovery paths.
