Breathwork with Arthur Somatic Healing is a community dedicated to nervous system regulation, emotional release, and mind-body connection.
Through guided somatic breathwork sessions, participants learn how to:
• Release stored tension and stress
• Improve emotional resilience
• Regulate the nervous system
• Reconnect with the body in a grounded, safe way
Sessions may also incorporate elements of meditation, gentle movement, and awareness practices.
This group is ideal for individuals seeking a practical, body-based approach to healing and personal growth.

This somatic Breathwork session is designed to help you release built-up stress, regulate your nervous system, and create space for greater calm, clarity, and emotional well-being.
No previous experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to breathe.During the breathwork session you will experience:
- Learn the basics of Somatic Breathwork:
- Release physical and emotional tension stored in the body
- Calm your nervous system and reduce stress
- Feel more grounded, present, and connected
- Experience deep relaxation and inner clarity
What to bring:
- A yoga mat or comfortable place to lie down
- A pillow and blanket for comfort
- Water
- An eye mask (optional)
- A journal for reflections after the session
- Headphones for immersive experience (optional)
- Camera on for personal guidance
