Join me for a powerful 90-minute guided breathwork journey designed to help you release emotional tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
In this session, we will use conscious connected breathing, gentle guidance, and somatic awareness to:
✨ Release stored stress and emotions
✨ Calm anxiety and quiet the mind
✨ Reconnect with your body and inner self
✨ Create a deep sense of safety and relaxation
This is a safe, supportive space where you don’t need to fix anything — just breathe and allow your body to unwind naturally.
No experience needed.
