Join me for a guided somatic breathwork experience designed to help you release emotional tension, soften self-judgment, and reconnect with compassion, forgiveness, and inner peace.

Through conscious connected breathing, this session will support you in slowing down, opening your heart, and letting go of what no longer serves you.

This is a safe and supportive space to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
