Soulful Connections Virtual Session

Soulful Connections offers you the time and place to ground, pause, remember, reconnect to Self and connect virtually with other adventurers of healing and personal transformation.

Each live session includes a guided meditation, introduction to a breath practice to take into daily life, followed by community Q & A time to discuss the challenges and opportunities of this time.
