We begin with calming breathing exercises to settle the nervous system before you are immersed in the peaceful tones of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and bells.

Sound Bath Details:

  • Location: Paula's BodyBarre: 2/2 Fulham High Street, SW6 3LQ

  • Important: Yoga mats, blankets and eye masks are provided.

  • Suitable for All Levels: Whether you are new to sound healing and breathwork or have prior experience, this session is open to everyone.

  • Yoga Mats and Eye Covers are provided. If you need a planket/cover please bring it with you, I will have some extra on me just in case.

  • Positive Attitude is Compulsory: Bring an open mind and a positive attitude as we experience deep relaxation

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time to ensure a smooth and timely session. ThThe doors will close at the event start time.

  • Health Precautions: Sound baths and sound healing sessions are not suitable for individuals with metal implants, sensitivity to sound, those in the first trimester of pregnancy, individuals with severe mental health conditions, or epilepsy.

  • Pre-Session Recommendations: For optimal experience, try to avoid consuming coffee or heavy meals 2-3 hours before the session. Additionally, ensure your nose is not blocked prior to and during the session.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the event. Please email contact@harmonybytundie.com for any cancellations or inquiries.

  • We might be taking photos and videos to on social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let me know in advance or during the event, and we will ensure your preferences are respected.
