This group is for anyone interested in exploring the power of breathwork to balance mental health, enhance physical health, regulate emotions, connect with your inner self, and promote self-healing and personal growth. Whether you're a seasoned wellness practitioner or new to this practice, all are welcome to join on this journey of self-discovery in a safe and supportive environment. Tap into the wisdom of your breath, experience the profound sense of inner peace available to you through breathing, and discover the magic within!

What to expect: Brittany will discuss what breathwork is and is not, group members will set and intention (optional), practice Introspective Breathwork Therapy™, and complete their practice with an optional sharing circle.

*Breathwork is typically practiced lying down or sitting up as you breathe, with movement encouraged to work with the somatic body. There are no fitness requirements or expectations to practice
