I am Breathwork Facilitator, using conscious connected breathing as a bridge for health, growth, and change in mind, body, and spirit. Life gets heavy, sometimes - your breath can help! I started this group to invite you to come experience the power of your breath - one of the most under utilized tools you possess to help you eliminate stress, calm down, process grief and release trauma.
