    How to prepare
    ​Create a quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
    ​Bring a water bottle and anything that makes you comfortable (blanket, pillow, yoga mat).
    ​Most importantly: arrive with curiosity, intention, and an open mind. Your breath will do the rest.

    ​Björn is the founder of Breaze and a Breathwork Facilitator who has guided thousands of people through transformative breathwork journeys around the world.
    ​His facilitation style is uplifting, energizing, and deeply heart-opening. Participants often describe his sessions as warm, inspiring, and powerfully supportive. Many share that they feel safe, held, and able to fully let go during the experience.
    ​Rather than focusing on trauma or the past, Björn’s approach emphasizes expansion, self-love, trust, and gratitude. Through breath, music, and carefully guided affirmations inspired by modern neuroscience and mindset work, participants are invited to reconnect with their inner strength and rediscover what is already alive within them.
