**Breathe, connect, and come home to yourself — together**
Join us for a heart-opening morning in nature — combining conscious breathing, stillness, and sound to reconnect with yourself and with others.
This is more than just a session. It’s a shared space to pause, feel, and create a sense of presence — within and around you.

📍 **Location**
We’ll meet in Parc de la Ciutadella, near the statue of [A Francesc Carreras i Candi (1975](https://maps.app.goo.gl/JDqXXkb1GhJNTdkg6)).
If the space is busy, we might shift slightly to a nearby open spot — just look out for the group and follow the good energy. ✨

🌬️ **What you'll experience**

**Breathwork**
You’ll be guided through simple breathing techniques that calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite more clarity and lightness into your body.

**Meditation**
Surrounded by nature, we’ll drop into stillness.
Guided meditations help you ground, shift your state, and open your heart — gently and deeply.

**Live Music**
Soulful, live music supports every moment of the journey — helping you feel more connected, emotionally open, and present.

**Community Connection**
You’ll meet like-minded souls who care about wellness, growth, and presence — people who are fun, kind, and inspired to live well. A space to connect, exchange, and simply *be*.

We’ll provide **blindfolds** to help you drop deeper into the experience — enhancing focus, emotional presence, and internal connection. *(A Breaze signature)*
