Brenda's Reiki Share - Saint Petersburg, FL

Are you ready to try something different for Self-Care? Our Reiki Share Experience is meditation with like-minded people who enjoy giving and receiving Reiki and those who want to learn about and experience the benefits of Reiki and Sound Bath healing.

We start with a Letting Go Basket to mentally release anything that no longer serves us. Next, we enjoy orange peel aroma therapy, which enhances meditation.

We use individual bags of healing crystals (for you to keep), each with its own healing benefits, to help you set your I AM Intention. This leads us into our time of Meditation, Reiki, and Sound Bath healing.
