- Cost for Registration is $20 non-refundable and it must be received by September 27. This includes Singles Conference and 3 meals (Saturday & Sunday Breakfast; and Sunday Lunch – you are on your own on Saturday night)

Conference Site: You are responsible for calling the hotel and obtain your own room and get your own roomies. Rooms at the Hotel are all queens @ $79/night only 2 people= $39.5 per person per night. Or, 3 people $84= $28 per person per night; OR, 4 people $89 =$22.5 per night per person plus tax.

Clink Etherton – Clint is a 1991 Grad of the East Tennessee School of Preaching in Knoxville, TN. Has been preaching since he was 15 years and has spent 27 years in the ministry. Clint and his wife Teresa (Hastings have 5 children and they now enjoy grandparents.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE INFO Some people sign into the hotel on Thursday night and on Friday Morning they take a trip to Dollywood (Dollywood is 20 minutes from
your hotel). It’s a nice day to hang with friends. Then on Friday evening, registration starts at 4:00 PM in the Gallery of the hotel.
When you arrive, either Thursday or Friday, you can register as early as 1:00 PM. You will need:
Your bible, notebook, flashlight and umbrella
Hotel has microwave and dorm size refrigerators for your convenience.
Tea, coffee and water is provided.
Coke machine is available or bring your own
Bring snacks or bring a homemade goodie to share. There was a lot of homemade stuff last time I went! WOW!
Bring a picture of yourself; old magazines; or stickers to decorate a mail sack. The purpose of the mail sack is to allow us to exchange notes, etc., within the group. There will be an optional Talent show on Saturday evening for added fun. Great Food, wonderful fellowship; and a lot of fun!
Expect to meet new life-long friends!
