Sunrise Beach Yoga at Pelican Beach

Join us for free sunrise yoga on the beach this Saturday, September 23 at 7:12 AM! This community class is free and all are welcome. Sunrise is at 6:48 AM.

Alex will be teaching this week's class! He has a mellow vinyasa flow planned, including a couple of breathing exercises. It is suitable for all levels and he always includes a fun pose to work toward :)

We will meet on the beach near the north beach access. All you need is a towel and your water (and sunglasses if you'd like)!
