Winter solstice beach potluck . Need headcount by Dec. 12.

If we don't have 40 people registered by December 12th, I will have to cancel the event.

Preliminary feedback needed. I was going to reserve a pavilion with a grill. I need a headcount in order to determine which one. One holds 200 people, the others 50. This could be fun. Free parking, beach, restrooms showers, volleyball, kids playground. Fun for members with kids. Depending on the feedback, I will provide updates about this event. We will need volunteers to help with cleaning to get the deposit back.
