Traditional and Non-Traditional Real Estate Investing

This event is for both the experienced and inexperienced real estate investors. At this Meetup I will go over both the traditional (buying houses off the MLS) and the non-traditional (you'll have to wait for the event) real estate investing techniques. I will focus more on the non-traditional investment types and strategies. I will be giving an overview of market types as well as discuss simple underwriting techniques so you can process through deals much faster.

If we have more than 14 guests we will get a complimentary wine tasting. 21+ for this event due to site restrictions. Please feel free to bring your own dinner and/or snacks. You may bring your own coffee, however you must purchase water/drinks from the venue.
