Brew-ga! is the newest trend in having fun with your YOGA.
With bottle in hand we will bend, twist and contort into fun poses as we move through all-level yoga sequences. Finding time after the yoga class to socialize with our like-minded new friends in interesting places.
If you are fun-loving and have an interest in a balanced life that includes fitness and fun then this group is for you.
Non-drinkers are welcome - we have non-alcoholic beer too ;)
