💬 Why this matters to me (personally)
I’m 25, and I’ve already been through more career confusion than I’d wish on anyone.
I know how overwhelming it feels to choose a path when:
- you’re a high school student transitioning into university with no idea what to study
- an undergraduate questioning whether you’re on the right track
- a fresh graduate unsure how to choose companies or roles
- or someone thinking about changing careers but afraid of making the wrong move
I’ve lived through all of these phases.
That’s why this space exists—so you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Most people choose their first job based purely on salary or title—but early career decisions can quietly cost you much more in the long run.
In this session, you’ll explore:
- how to reflect deeply on your values, needs, and direction
- how to plan your career intentionally instead of reactively
- how to choose roles and companies with long-term alignment
You’ll also hear from Tao, CEO of Thrirve, who will guide the session and share real employer and career insights.
The goal isn’t to tell you what to do —
it’s to help you stop asking “What should I be doing?” and start making clearer decisions with confidence.
