Pace/Distance: Easy, ~1 miles out & back (talking pace)
Who: All are welcome (adults & families; minors with a parent/guardian)
Theme: Listening to the Wind — Reflect on where in life you can listen more.
Bring: Water, comfy shoes, bug spray if needed, a light layer, and an open mind
