Sunset Walk- Jockey's Ridge

Where: Jockey’s Ridge State Park (meet at the Visitor Center parking lot, 300 W Carolista Dr, Nags Head, NC)

We’ll head out onto the sand dunes together, moving at a gentle pace.
There will be uneven, sandy terrain and elevation changes; this walk is not accessible to wheelchairs, strollers, or other wheeled devices.

Bring: Water, shoes for the dunes, a light jacket, insect spray, an open heart.

• Dune walks can be windy and shifting — be ready for sand & wind.
• Wear layers — dusk cools fast.
