Join us for a relaxed, mindful walk through Nags Head Woods Preserve, one of the most unique and peaceful natural spaces on the Outer Banks. Over 150 species of birds, such as the red-bellied woodpecker, merlin, and bald eagle. You can also spot river otters, red and gray foxes, and 50 species of amphibians and reptiles

### What to Expect

We’ll move at an easy, conversational pace through the maritime forest.
No pressure, no agenda, no “you must share your feelings with strangers” moment. An opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and explore what it feels like to be fully present… with yourself, with others, and with the natural world around you.

### Who This Is For

Anyone who’s feeling the pull to get outside, meet good humans, and step a little outside the usual routine. You don’t need to “know anything” or be into anything specific—just show up.
Children welcome
Dogs welcome, we can choose pet-friendly trails if we have dogs with us.
