Kali Kempo Self Defense Class

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced martial artist, this class is for you! Learn Filipino and Chinese martial arts techniques, blended together, and the philosophy behind the art. Be prepared to sweat!

We'll be meeting outside in the usual place. Come dressed in workout clothes. I recommend wearing a t-shirt and athletic shorts, along with comfortable closed-toed shoes.

Weather permitting, class will start at 1 PM and go for an hour. There is a fee of $15 per class, but the first 5 classes are free! Please reach out to me if you're planning to attend, and I will provide the address (it is a 5-minute drive away from the Brier Creek Commons).
