Start: Meet outside Costa Coffee. Off H3 Monks Way, Linford Wood.

Distance Approx 3 miles

Time Approx: 1.15 hour

Pace: Gentle Beginners.

On: Gravel & Muddy paths.

Social: Costa or McDonalds next door.
