What we’re about
Welcome to Brighton ADHD Social Evening (BASE)! This group offers a welcoming and supportive space for adults (18+) who have ADHD, whether formally diagnosed or self-identified, as well as those with co-occurring neurotypes.
We hold relaxed meetups on the first Saturday of every month in central Brighton; giving you a chance to connect, chat, and build community with others who truly understand the ADHD journey. The venue may change each time so keep an eye out for the details!
New faces are, of course, always encouraged to join us.
To help maintain a positive atmosphere, we ask everyone to approach others with respect, kindness, and understanding.
If you have any questions or need a hand, feel free to get in touch with Jack, Gaia, or Tim, who organise the group and are happy to help.
