What we’re about
Welcome to Brighton ADHD Social Evening (BASE)! This group offers a welcoming and supportive space for adults (18+) who have ADHD, whether formally diagnosed or self-identified, as well as those with co-occurring neurotypes.
We hold relaxed monthly meetups in central Brighton, giving you a chance to connect, chat, and build community with others who truly understand the ADHD journey. New faces are always encouraged to join us.
To help maintain a positive atmosphere, we ask everyone to approach others with respect, kindness, and understanding.
If you have any questions or need a hand, feel free to get in touch with Jack, Gaia, or Tim, who organise the group and are happy to help.
