Brighton ADHD Social Evening (BASE)

Join us for a friendly and informal evening at Brighton ADHD Social, a monthly social meetup for adults with ADHD or ADHD characteristics. It’s a great chance to chat, connect, and meet like-minded people in a relaxed setting.
