Central Brighton's Best and Worst Buildings

A ramble around central Brighton in search of some of the best and worst buildings of the last eighty years. You can tell me your views and let me know which, if any, you prefer.
We'll start at Brighton station and finish in the North Laine beginning by heading behind the station and then towards Kemp Town. We'll return along the seafront and head up towards the 'cultural quarter' to finish.
We’ll aim to finish around 13:00
Meet at the front of Brighton station near the Travel Centre and toilets. Look for the chap in the blue and white baseball cap with a blue B on the front.
Terrain: No significant hills.
Toilets: At the beginning at Brighton station and in Pavilion gardens.
