I wanted to share a quick update. For at least the next six months, I’ve decided to keep our group on Meetup rather than move to Facebook. I personally prefer Meetup and feel it works best for our community.

As you may know, I cover the group subscription, which is $180 every six months. If being part of this community has been meaningful to you and you’d like to help support it, donations are always appreciated. Contributions help us stay on Meetup instead of moving to a free platform like Facebook.

You can donate on the group’s front page under “Fundraising.” And just to clarify — the $230 of $400 shown there includes contributions from past years (fun fact: I haven’t figured out how to reset it to $0 😄).
