Minor Members of the Solar System

Our speaker this month is Brighton Astro Hall of Fame speaker Will Joyce.

Previously Will has taken us on a journey through the inner planets of our solar system, the outer planets and it's major moons and now he comes back to continue our travels, this time looking at the solar system's smaller objects.

Asteroids, comets and dwarf planets are small objects but they are key to understanding our solar system. Many important space missions have, and are, being flown to a variety of these objects, which are as fascinating as they are diverse.
