A relaxed and informal meditation group with the co-organizer of Brighton Centre of Spirituality, Denise Baldock. Denise is an experienced intuitive teacher of Reiki, Psychic Development and Mindfulness-based Meditation. The group is small and friendly, with a mix of simple and effective meditations and an element of psychic development using spiritual card packs for your own intuitive development and inner guidance. The emphasis is on techniques you can easily take away and use to bring more peace, balance, calm and joy into your lives.
