Welcome to 2013 & the start of our new weekly gathering - the Wake-Up Satsang!

The Wake-Up Satsang is a weekly celebration of Soul, Spirit and Joy. It is a place where you can come:

to celebrate our Spirit

to get a weekly uplift from your everyday life

to rest in the power of your Spirit and the Spirit of the group

to celebrate how far you have come and to affirm where your path is taking you

to share what is weighing you down and see what you can do to move forward using spiritual tools and the power of community to over come your issues

It is not rooted in any theology or dogma, no prescribed thoughts or beliefs. The basic tenet is simple and pragmatic…that you are an Divine Spirit in human form, having a human journey and the point of the Wake Up Satsang is to remind you of your divinity, to affirm that you are more powerful than you currently realise, and to help shift your thinking to help you remember your true nature.

Most of us don't actually need more learning or knowledge. You have probably read all the books you need, and been to tons of talks and seminars…looking for answers (but, do you know the questions?!?). Where we usually fall down is not taking what we know and applying it to our lives, using it to overcome the issues that we face and then really growing into the magnificent being that we were born to be.

That is what the Wake-Up Satsang is all about. We all go to sleep all the time, forgetting who we are. The Satsang is a weekly nudge to gently wake you up on a regular basis to remember your true nature.

Traditionally, a Satsang is a gathering of students with a Teacher or Guru to awaken and expand the consciousness of those students. In this case, YOU are the Guru, or at least your true nature is. You have within you the spiritual DNA to become the magnificent and incredible being you were born to be (and already are, but you are still discovering that…), to solve every problem that you have. The solution to all your issues is closer to you than your breath.

The Wake-Up Satsang is a combination of meditation, ceremony/ritual, music/chanting/movement to celebrate and activate the Spirit that is YOU! Each week we will also craft a message to uplevel your thinking, to open your heart, to inspire, guide and support you on your journey.

Our intention for coming together in Satsang is to:

affirm the highest and best within each other

create a space where it is safe for us to show up as all of who we are

build a powerful, nurturing and inclusive community that supports our growth and consciousness

Come and join us to, not only, have a much better experience of your own life, but also to give your gifts to the world, to live your purpose and help to build consciousness in the world around us.

We are offering our events on a donation basis to allow spirituality to be as accessible as possible. Please note this is not a free event, as a guide this event would have usually been priced at £10. We collect our Donations at the end of each event.

About Krish Surroy - the leader of the Wake-Up Satsang:

Krish is an intuitive guide, a modern-day medicine man and spirited teacher of great energy and vigour. He is a Spirit Speaker – one who calls people to shift from limitation and fear into the creative power and joy and to remember our true and infinite nature.

Krish has been a spiritual seeker and practical mystic since the age of 6. Coming from a mixed heritage, he has studied the big religions and a vast array of spiritual traditions from Reiki, Channeling and Mediumship to Druidry, Shamanism and other earth-based practices. He has also been a ‘high-flyer’ in both blue-chip business and the charity sector. During this time he became an expert in Change management, Leadership development and Organisational behaviour, and he is still a highly sought-after advisor, working with a number of high profile charities and media organisations.

Dynamic, warm and compassionate, Krish draws on his eclectic (and often funny) intuitive work and life experiences to teach a brand of spirituality that is highly practical and accessible yet empowering and life changing that opens people up to living magically. He is a spiritual catalyst that seems to cause transformation wherever he goes!
