Step inside Brighton’s stunning 19th-century Gothic church for a guided breathwork and chakra balancing experience designed to calm your mind, restore focus, and leave you feeling energised and grounded.
This session is especially supportive for those with ADHD, anxiety, or mental restlessness – as well as anyone seeking deep relaxation and inner balance.
We’ll use conscious breathing, sound (toning), and gentle movement to align the body’s energy centres and quiet the mind.
Together, we will:

  • Set personal intentions in a welcoming circle
  • Experience guided breathwork through the 7 chakras
  • Rest in deep relaxation to integrate the session
  • Share reflections (optional) before closing

  • 1:00 – 1:15 pm — Welcome & introduction
  • 1:15 – 2:15 pm — Guided breathwork & chakra balancing
  • 2:15 – 2:30 pm — Relaxation & integration
  • 2:30 – 3:00 pm — Reflection circle & farewells

### What to bring

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Yoga mat (some available on request)
  • Water bottle
  • Blanket or sleeping bag to keep you warm, as it can get cool in the altar space.

Important: Please do not eat for at least 2 hours before the session for the best experience.
