The Chilli Pickle Brighton opened in 2010 after owners Alun and Dawn visited India and fell in love with it, they needed to bring it back with them to their hometown of Brighton and Hove. The Chilli Pickle is iconic in Brighton, with the beach in Summer filled with Chilli Pickle thali takeaway boxes, and the Pork Knuckle Vindaloo a Sunday favourite.
