😁 Our Spring Leagues are coming up in February and some of our teams are on the hunt for new members! Come down and try a free taster session and see if you'd like to join us.

🏃‍♀️We are confident you'll love it but to make sure we offer free taster sessions. We welcome everyone, even if you've never touched a rugby ball before - it's an easy game to pick up.

🍹 After each session we go for a drink together and our players often get discounts at our local venues!

A few common things our members ask:
I'm nervous because I've never played before: Completely normal, everyone says this and after 5mins all the nerves are gone.

Do you have many new players? I'd say 70% of our members had never played rugby before joining us, it's a social sport to have fun getting active

I don't have a team to join, can I still come? Yes! We will help find you a team and a taster is a great way to meet others who are new

Will the taster be intense or hard work? No, everyone can go at their own pace and we do light introductions to get started so you can see what it's like.

What if I'm not fit or fast enough? We have players of all shapes, sizes, speed and fitness levels - anyone can play!

What's the aim of the session? To have fun, run around in the fresh air and meet lots of like minded people.
