Bad Girl Era ( FREE event for women)
Details
Dear Women of Brighton,
Are you exhausted by the endless pressure to be "good"? By all the ways the culture we live in conditions us to be 'good girls?' The rules, the expectations, the subtle ways we shrink ourselves to fit in? Do you ever wonder who you’d be if you stopped apologising, stopped filtering yourself, stopped holding back?
What if you let your "bad girl" take the lead for once?
Not bad as in wrong. Bad as in FREE. Wild. Unapologetic. Whole. What would she be like? What choices would she make? Maybe she'd be louder, take up more space, wear whatever she wants, say what she actually thinks, feels and means. Maybe she would cry more, in front of people, and not say 'sorry' for her tears. Maybe she would sing in public places, and laugh more easily. Accessing all parts of ourselves, especially those parts we believe to be 'bad' has a way of freeing us to be more of ourselves rather than less. Like the beautiful author Paolo Coelho says-
"Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything. Maybe it's about un-becoming anything that isn't really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place."
What if all parts of you were welcome?
Here’s the truth: there are no real rules. We make them. And we can break them. And what's more fun than breaking the rules?! So let’s do exactly that.
Welcome to BAD GIRL ERA.
This one-off taster session is your invitation to shed the "good girl" conditioning and step into something wilder, deeper, and far more YOU.
As part of this evening, you’ll get to experience one of the deliciously freeing games from my upcoming 3-month women’s immersion, Starlings—a journey into self-expression, connection, and reclamation.
The game?
"If I were a bad girl, I would..."
This is where we drop the masks. Where we let our voices out. Where we delight in each other's untamed, unfiltered truths. Expect deep connection, cackling laughter, and a powerful reunion with the wild woman inside you—the part of you that knows you deserve joy, freedom, and space to be all of you.
What to expect:
✨ Guided meditation & movement to connect with your body
✨ A safe, judgment-free space to play and explore
✨ Laughter, depth, and sisterhood
✨ A taste of what’s to come in Starlings
All women are welcome. All of you is welcome.
Join us next Thursday and bring your "fuck it" energy. Your bad girl is waiting. 😉 I cant wait to meet her
