"Scrum vs. Kanban: Which agile framework is better in 2025?" – Marcin Szkurlat
Tonight, Marcin Szkurlat will kindly be presenting a talk on Scrum and Kanban and which framework would suit your web development projects in 2025.
Scrum and Kanban are probably the two most popular and widely used Agile frameworks at this moment in time, and have been well established for many years. However, they each have some strong points and weaknesses in their implementation and use. During this presentation we will look at the key characteristics and differences of both frameworks in an attempt to answer the question: "Scrum vs. Kanban: Which agile framework is better in 2025?"
Marcin will discuss his experiences with both in different settings to help you decide which agile framework works better for web development projects and which is a better choice for your particular use case and needs.
