Hi I'm Kate and I've been running the EFT Brighton group for a year now and after taking a couple of months off to refocus the group and invite new people in, I'm now super excited to announce that the EFT Brighton group is now restarting with focussed themes, creative exercises and tools that you will take away with you each and every month.

I want to help you totally accept yourself for who you damn well are! Which despite the exclamation mark isn't always easy...this is where EFT can help.

What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & Matrix Reimprinting (another energy psychology technique) moves stuck energy around your body and it could be just the catalyst you are looking for to bring about change in your life. It's proven to reduce stress in your body and mind - just google it to read the hundreds of case studies of people that it has worked for.

The New Design

The group is designed around YOUR journey...Yet how can group work be specific to you?

Well, all roads lead to Rome and I know all that negative 'stuff' in your life (or head) will lead to your core beliefs - what you believe about yourself and the world to be true.

With all my private clients, I emphasise the importance of working with these beliefs through homework, journalling, daily tapping and ultimately by taking responsibility for their own journey they find the tools that work for them. I help you find those beliefs and give you exercises to use at home. Discover what your subconscious mind is saying and learn how to accept, change and shift it!

Themes - September = Creativity

Each month we will focus on a different theme and the first one on Thursday 5th September is 'Overcoming Blocks to Creativity'. As a writer this is a topic close to my heart and actually how I came across EFT in the first place. It enabled me to gain the self confidence to leave my corporate job, finish my first novel, become a successful digital copywriter and now I've got a contract for a new book on Matrix Reimprinting!

If you've ever wanted to draw, paint, write, create, sculpt but perhaps find it hard to find the time, sit at the desk, let other people see your work or even feel a tinsey bit good about it, then come to this group and explore what's really going on for you. I believe that creativity is not a 'gift' but it's something we've all got the capacity to have and enjoy whether it's a blog post, creating a dreamboard collage or writing a novel. What would you like to create?
