LENGTH OF MOVIE: 108 Minutes plus discussion and delicious homemade VEGAN food afterwards

SPECIAL OFFERING: Plant-based snacks offered to demonstrate how eating plant-based is not only delicious but healthy. Food is offered after the movie so be sure to get here by 5 pm. Please no eating during the movie. (This is not a potluck, but please bring a non-vegan guest who believes they need protein for building muscle and is open to new information.) Late guests without notice will not be accommodated as seating and food is based on exact RSVP's.

I'm scheduling an arrival time 5 pm so we have time to watch the movie first and eat afterwards and still get home early enough to chill.

ENTRANCE (IMPORTANT): Guard Entrance is on Lake Ida on the South Side of the Development NOT the Resident's Only Jog Road Entrance as GPS sometimes takes people. Also when putting address in GPS be sure to add my zip code 33446. Some GPS's take people to east Delray instead of West without the zip code.

ABOUT THE FILM: Directed by Oscar®-winning documentary filmmaker Louie Psihoyos and executive produced by James Cameron, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan, Lewis Hamilton, Novak Djokovic, and Chris Paul, The Game Changers tells the story of James Wilks — elite Special Forces trainer and The Ultimate Fighter winner — as he travels the world on a quest to uncover the optimal diet for human performance.

A variety of world class athletes started to beat their own personal bests late in their career once they switched to a plant based diet.
Animals are really just middle-men that take protein, amino acids, vitamins already present in plants; add nothing of value; but plenty things of detriment to the meat that is then consumed.

Men's erections are harder and last longer on a plant based diet. (I kid you not, it's a pretty funny part of the program). Someone on a plant based diet that switches to white meat just once a week increases their cancer markers by a whopping 25%. There is no difference in testosterone levels between carnivores and people on a plant based diet.

The CO2 footprint of the meat and dairy industry is as large as all forms of transport combined (planes, shipping, cars, trains, cruise ships, everything!), Firefighters who switched to a plant based diet for just a week saw their cholesterol level drop like a stone partially by over 100 points. The dead animal & dairy industry is following the tobacco industries playbook in obfuscating scientific evidence that only points in one direction.

It's a great movie, I highly recommend it. Come see it with us and bring a non-vegan friend if you are vegan.

It has a clear message: By changing our eating habits, we can change the world!
