The Shared Dreams Circle: From Weariness to Vision
Details
a simple, facilitated gathering designed for people who want to move beyond charity and into a brave journey of discovery and kinship. We are gathering to articulate the world we truly want to live in—a world of abundance, joy, and meaning.
Who Should Attend? Anyone who suspects that justice might start with us. Anyone who believes that dignity and connection are a great place to start building a better life together. This circle is for connection weavers, justice bringers, neighborhood builders who want to put their values into practice. We are limiting this event to 15 attendees to ensure every voice is heard.
What We'll Do: A Community JAM (90 Minutes) This is a low-pressure, high-meaning 90-minute circle focused entirely on vision, not scarcity.
- Warm-Up & Shared Joy (15 min): We'll set a positive tone by sharing one thing that brought us joy this week. We focus on abundance, not what is lacking.
- The Shared Dream Interview (30 min): In pairs, you will interview your partner about their personal, boldest vision for a just Louisville five years from now, capturing the feeling of that successful community.
- Connecting the Dreams (30 min): We will bring those shared words back to the group, identifying our collective vision and affirming the movement we are all building together.
- Invitation to Kinship (15 min): We'll share the simple, three-step path to becoming a Neighborhood Builder with Bringing Justice Home.
- What to Bring: Just your curiosity, your sense of hope, and a willingness to listen deeply.
Light refreshments will be provided.
